Delete your Vendi account

You can delete your Vendi account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Vendi and go to Profile.
2. Tap Account, then Delete my account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away, and Vendi clears its data from your phone.

Without the app

Email support@thevendi.app with the subject "Delete my Vendi account":

• If you verified a student email, send the request from that email address.
• If you didn't, include the account ID shown under Profile, then Account in the app.

We'll confirm and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, student email, and display name
• Your saved and viewed machines, search terms, achievements, and points
• Your reports of other students' display names

Reports you filed about machines aren't linked to your account after one day, so they stay until they're deleted automatically, 30 days after they were filed. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are removed as those backups expire.

Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone, but doesn't delete your account on our server. Delete it in the app first.
